Does this sound familiar?
Anxiety, self-doubt or overwhelm continue to get in the way.
You find yourself repeating patterns you thought you'd moved beyond.
You want things to change, but aren't sure where to start.
Relationships feel strained, disconnected or difficult to navigate.
Parenthood feels harder than expected.
A better understanding of neurodiversity has raised new questions.
A life transition, loss or significant experience has changed your sense of who you are.
You spend so much time supporting others that you've lost sight of what you need.
Perhaps life isn't in crisis anymore.
Maybe you've done some therapy. Maybe you've read the books. Perhaps you've worked hard to understand yourself and why things are the way they are.
And yet...Something still isn't quite where you'd like it to be.
You find yourself wondering:
"I understand what's happened. So why do I still feel stuck?"
Sometimes the problem isn't that you're lost.
It's that the old map no longer fits where you are now.

What changes when we work together?
A waypoint isn't where the journey ends. It's a place to pause, take stock, and choose your next direction with greater confidence.
Together, we work towards:
Feeling less overwhelmed and more grounded.
Understanding and changing unhelpful patterns.
Building confidence in yourself and your relationships.
Communicating more effectively and setting healthier boundaries.
Navigating neurodiversity with greater understanding.
Strengthening important relationships.
Moving forward with more clarity, purpose, and confidence.
My role is to help you understand what's getting in the way, build on your strengths, and take meaningful steps forward.
