Based in Exeter, working across Devon and online.

Therapeutic coaching is a supportive, forward-focused approach that combines coaching techniques with an understanding of emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal growth. It provides a safe, non-judgemental space to explore challenges, recognise patterns, reflect on your experiences, and identify meaningful steps towards the changes you want to make. Together, we can explore your strengths, values, goals, and what's getting in the way, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

While therapeutic coaching acknowledges the impact of past experiences and emotional wellbeing, it is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or crisis support. Coaching focuses on supporting you in the present and helping you move towards the future you want. Where specialist support is needed, I may encourage you to access appropriate professional services alongside or instead of coaching.
