Website Accessibility

I aim to ensure that the website:

  • Uses clear, straightforward language wherever possible.

  • Has a simple and consistent layout.

  • Can be navigated using a keyboard.

  • Uses readable font sizes and clear headings.

  • Provides sufficient colour contrast to support readability.

  • Includes alternative text for images where appropriate.

  • Works across a range of devices, including mobile phones and tablets.

Neurodiversity and Communication

As a neurodiversity-affirming practitioner, I recognise that people process information in different ways.

If you would find any of the following helpful, please let me know:

  • Written summaries of key information

  • Additional processing time during sessions

  • Clearer or simplified communication

  • Regular breaks during longer conversations

  • Flexible ways of sharing thoughts and ideas

  • Support with planning and organising appointments

I will do my best to make reasonable adjustments to support your participation.

Accessing Coaching Sessions

Sessions can be offered:

  • In person in Exeter

  • Online via video call

  • Through a combination of in-person and online sessions

Together we can discuss any adjustments that may help you access and benefit from coaching.

Examples may include:

  • Flexible seating arrangements

  • Movement breaks

  • Use of visual aids or written prompts

  • Adjustments to communication style

  • Consideration of sensory needs where possible

Feedback and Alternative Formats
